The Norwegian slipper has always been a staple of quiet sophistication. Here, a customer has requested this iconic style in a striking brown crocodile leather. The pointed toe shape creates the perfect canvas to showcase the beautiful scales of the leather which, in turn, are framed by a subtle but distinctive, rope seam lake. This lake has been meticulously hand crafted to ensure that it matches and accentuates the overall contours of the shoe. Finally, the shoe has been polished in a way to create a gentle colour gradient that draws the eye from back to front.
The customer request was simple: a formal pair of shoes that could be put on or removed at a moment’s notice. The result is a striking, traditional Oxford shoe. The highly shined, brogued toe cap has been fashioned with open eyelets – making the tying and untying of laces the simplest of tasks. The shoe is a perfect combination of practicality and formality.
Bespoke allows one to perfectly capture one’s own distinct sense of style. Whilst some prefer quiet sophistication, other prefer to make a statement. Here, the iconic Austerity Brogue is given a bold new look after being realised, at our customers request, in blue crocodile.
The Navvy Cut has always been considered a good all-rounder. Here, the customer wanted to use this cut as the basis for durable and comfortable walking boot. Our craftsmen added a walking sole and bespoke padding; uniquely designed for the comfort and support of the specific wearer. Finished in grained leather, this boot is ready to take on the elements and still look stylish.
